A love of rhythm,pitch and harmony took Lloyd Mandeville to Montana State University in the early 70's, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Music. Lloyd spent the next 4 years teaching children and directing bands. During these 4 years Lloyd discovered his passion for real estate and learned how his creativity could help people find and sell homes. In June of 1977 Lloyd made the move to real estate sales, the profession that he still excels in today.
Lloyd is no stranger to commitment and service to the local, state and national real estate industry. In 1996, as a testimonial to his dedication to the industry, the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® named Lloyd their REALTOR® OF THE YEAR. Lloyd has also served as a local and state Board of REALTORS® Director, local Board of REALTORS® treasurer, is a past president of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, and a past treasurer and core group chair of the Montana Association of REALTORS®. Professionally, Lloyd is a member of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS®. He proudly serves through the CRB councils, holds the CRS designation and is a CCIM candidate.
As a 4th generation native of Bozeman Lloyd is an active and dedicated member of the community and is an energetic member in numerous community organizations. He is a past President of the Bozeman Rotary Club and a member as well as a Past Master of Gallatin Masonic Lodge #6. Lloyd has also served as an elder in his church. He offers his skill as an auctioneer several times a year to local fund raising events.
Today Lloyd continues to serve his family and his community of Bozeman with the same passion he had when he first entered real estate sales. Lloyd orchestrates successful commercial, industrial and land real estate transactions. He knows the people, the properties and the Bozeman community.
